Hassan Abdelrahman is a PhD student in the Department of Statistical Sciences, supervised by Professors Andrei Badescu and Sheldon Lin. He is mainly interested in micro-level claim reserving and ratemaking. Prior to joining U of T, he graduated with a double major in Actuarial Science and Mathematics from the American University in Cairo, before obtaining a Master of Mathematics in Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo.
