Samuel is now working for Hydro-Quebec Research Center. Samuel was a DSI Postdoctoral Fellow under the supervision of Profs Silvana Pesenti and Nancy Reid. He got a B.A. (Mathematics and Philosohy) from McGill University, an M.Sc. (Actuarial Science, under the supervision of Profs Hélène Cossette and Étienne Marceau) and a Ph.D. (Mathematics, under the supervision of Profs Therry Duchesne and Johanna G. Nešlehová) from Laval University. He is currently working on statistical methods for analysing environmental data.
